OPTIBELT PEX COUPLING

ข้อต่อแบบ PEX เป็นข้อต่อแบบกรงเล็บ (claw coupling) ที่ประกอบด้วย ชิ้นส่วนยืดหยุ่น ซึ่งทำหน้าที่เชื่อมต่อเพลาทั้งสองเข้าด้วยกันอย่างมีความยืดหยุ่นในเชิงบิด

OPTIBELT PEX COUPLING

The PEX coupling is a claw coupling that consists of flexible elements which serve to connect two shafts with torsional flexibility.

These flexible elements have outstanding properties in the following areas:

Wear resistance
Long service life
Temperature resistance ranging from –30°C to +80°C

Thanks to the flexibility of these materials, the coupling effectively absorbs impacts, rotary vibrations, and reduces noise. It also compensates for misalignments that may occur between the shafts, such as radial, axial, and angular displacements.

The PEX coupling is a plug-in type, making installation easy and does not require high precision in shaft alignment.

This type of coupling is suitable for use in all types of machinery that require a reliable shaft connection between the motor and the working machine.

Type B

The PEX Type B coupling is equipped with a fail-safe system up to the fracture point of the cast iron transmission cam, ensuring maximum operational safety.

The flexible elements can be manufactured with a hardness of 80° Shore A.

With the fixed position of the flexible elements, they can deform freely in the axial direction, ensuring that no damaging axial forces act on the machine bearing, even under alternating torque.
