OPTIBELT PEX COUPLING

ข้อต่อแบบ PEX เป็นข้อต่อแบบกรงเล็บ (claw coupling) ที่ประกอบด้วย ชิ้นส่วนยืดหยุ่น ซึ่งทำหน้าที่เชื่อมต่อเพลาทั้งสองเข้าด้วยกันอย่างมีความยืดหยุ่นในเชิงบิด

PEX Flexible Coupling

The PEX coupling is a claw coupling that consists of flexible elements, which serve to connect two shafts with torsional flexibility.

The flexible elements offer outstanding properties, including:

High wear resistance
Long service life
Temperature resistance ranging from –30°C to +80°C

Thanks to the flexibility of its materials, the coupling effectively absorbs impacts, rotary vibrations, and noise. Additionally, it compensates for misalignment between shafts, such as radial, axial, and angular displacements.

The PEX coupling is a plug-in type, making it easy to install and requiring no high precision in shaft alignment.

This type of coupling is suitable for all types of machinery that require a reliable shaft connection between the motor and the working machine.

Type A

The PEX Type A coupling is manufactured in a three-piece design, allowing the coupling to be installed without requiring axial displacement of the motor or the working machine.
